Mario Batali has nothing on this!
Here's the recipe
Changes:
I added more garlic, crushed basil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic salt, italian seasoning into the mixture.

The Pad Thai was amazing. Some modifications would be to not soak the noodles for too long in the water otherwise they fall apart when cooking the noodles in the wok. Also, add more Sirachara and Chilli Garlic sauce.
Thai Tea:

Was not the best, need to add more anise pods and maybe a richer milk compared to 2%. Might try another recipe next time.
Yellow Curry:
Let the veggies soak in the curry a little longer than 10 minutes.
The recipe is located here: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/the-ultimate-cheesecake-recipe/index.html
The only thing I would change is cooking the blueberries down more so they are softer. The cheesecake is nice and creamy and has a hint of lemon that brings out the sweetness of the cake plus the blueberries.

The cupcakes were amazing! The only thing I would change is try to make the cream cheese frosting a little more fluffier by adding more powdered sugar. Refrigerating the frosting also helped. for at least 30 minutes.
